First, go to the primary PS4 dashboard and locate ‘Settings’ – Press X
Once you have entered ‘Settings’ go to ‘Devices’ – press X
The third step is to select ‘Controllers’ – press X
Select ‘Communication Method’ – press X
The final step in this process is to simply change the controller to being a wired USB connection instead of bluetooth
Please note that you will have to leave your controller plugged into the USB charging cord while you do this. If you can locate a 10′ (foot) cord it will give you enough slack to game without having to worry about pulling your controller out of the port.
Happy Gaming!
